Definition of "Mini Monday": In short Mini Blog Post Monday - a short post just for the fun of it.
I am scared to death of scary movies. I can't watch them, I can't listen to the music from them, not even when it's a commercial. I literally have to close my eyes, plug my ears and hum till the preview is over. I also have a hard time reading scary events in the news - robberies, train wrecks, natural disasters, etc. Paranoid, yes. I'm not scared of normal things, airplanes, spiders, snakes, heights, all that stuff doesn't even phase me, but when it comes to something that "might" hurt my family, I'm scared to death.
So last night I put the kids to bed and around 3 am I hear a little growling noise. After a few minutes I hear it again. So at this point I'm sitting up in my bed listening carefully and I'm pretty freaked out. Getting ready to find a weapon. I hear it again "grrrr" then a little whisper of a voice says"grrrr, I'm a monster." I realize it's my little Lucas. Interestingly enough all of my kids talk in their sleep.

I am so the same way Donna! Although that last little bit, is hilarious, you probably didn't mean for it to be.
I can't stand scary movies either! That is a pretty funny story though :)
