Thanksgiving

Sometimes I just don't feel like taking pictures.  Nothing against the camera, but sometimes I just want to be involved instead of standing on the sidelines taking pictures.  So these are pretty much the only pictures I got from Thanksgiving.  But we had a really great one.  Here is the rundown:

Wednesday I worked 1/2 day and MaKady had school fro 1/2 day.  Around 2:00 we loaded up Mary's & Tabi's cars and they dropped me and the kids off in Levan at my in-laws house.  Jared had been in Rock Springs, WY for 3 weeks training for his new job, so he met us there.

Thursday - Thanksgiving day, we watched the parade and got dressed in the morning, then headed over to Jared's grandparents house (the Mangelson side) for some yummy Thanksgiving food.  We visited with everyone, then we went to see the new Muppet Movie.

Friday - Tabi took a trip to the ER. We got up early and headed north to see my parents and when I called to give them an update they told us that Tabi was at the hospital.  Turns out she had pneumonia.  Yuck!!  Good thing we were all together that weekend so we could watch the babies while she got some rest.   We had another Thanksgiving dinner and Jared deep fried the turkey.  More visiting, hanging out, watching movies, playing games.

Saturday - we took all the kids to Crystal Hot Springs to swim.  Their favorite thing to do when visiting my parents. 

Sunday - my sisters took MaKady and Paige home to St. George with them and Jared, Lucas, and I headed back to Levan. 

So even though I didn't get many pictures we really had them best weekend.  Thanksgiving remains my favorite holiday!!
