Moving Day

Monday after Thanksgiving was the day I have been dreading for 4 months.  When we moved to Southern Utah the first of August, we didn't really "move".  We packed all of our stuff up (except our bed and dresser) and it all went into storage.  We have been living with Tabi and her babies while her hubby was deployed, however they got the best news ever and he got to come home early, so it was time for us to find our own place, so that they could have their own space.  We found a cute little house down the street from them and so it was time to get our stuff out of storage and bring it down to our house.  :(   We have too much stuff.  The house we have rented is much smaller than the place we moved out of.  We filled a 24' budget truck, 2 pickup trucks, plus a 16' enclosed trailer.  Honestly - I'm not sure how we ended up with that much stuff, but 3 kids and 10 years of marriage adds up.

With the help of friends and family we got everything loaded and made the long drive to our house.  We worked late into the night unloading.  It was a lot of work, but I am happy to say that we are all moved in.  Not everything is unpacked, but we have beds to sleep on and our Christmas tree is up.  Yay!!  Now I hope we don't move again, at least not anytime soon.

Wowzers you sure used every inch of your storage space! I'm glad you found a place of your own down there! Good luck unpacking!
