Nativity

I'm not sure if it was the move, or the fact that it doesn't snow here, or the fact that Jared is gone most of the time or what, but this year I had a hard time feeling the Spirit of Christmas.  It's not the first year that this has happened, but usually by about the week before Christmas I start to feel it,  not this year.  Sad :(  I tried and tried, we did all of our normal Christmas things and it just wasn't happening. 

On Christmas Adam (that's what we call the night before Christmas Eve) we went out to Tuacahn to see the live Nativity.  It was beautiful, very well done, and it did the trick!!  I guess I just needed to remember the true meaning of Christmas.  I am so thankful for all of the blessings we have received this year and for all of the challenges that we have overcome.  Mostly I am thankful for my family and for the gospel.  I surely would be lost without them.
