Well the end of the school year means a lot of things also come to an end. Girl scouts for MaKady, tumbling for Paige, plus they each finished another year of school. MaKady is all finished with 8th grade - now onto high school (I am still shocked that she is starting high school in the fall). And Paige is finished with 2nd grade. My kids are growing up way too fast.
For the end of 2nd grade Paige's class had a little talent show. I was so impressed with the talents of these young people. They were great. A lot of the kids danced, some played the piano, some had art work on display, etc.
Paige's friend Ellery showed us all the little things she makes (shrinkadinks, I think). They were so cute. And Paige did a dance. MaKady helped her make up the dance so it was more acting out the song than actually dancing, but it was darling. I was so proud of Paige!! I know it was hard to get up in front of all those people, but she just got up there and danced and it was great.

What a fun thing for the girls to do to come up with a dance! That is great! This year has flown by so fast! I can't believe McKady will be gone next year! What a fun week for you!
