Ok, I know this one was a stretch, but it's what we came up with for E:)
On the road between Hurricane and LaVerkin right before you cross the bridge on your right hand side there is a small road called Enchanted Way. It is lined with trees on either side and it takes you down to a small section of the Virgin River. From the bottom you can look up and see the awesome LaVerkin bridge. There is also another gate and a road that is locked up but it leads to some natural springs. It has been closed to the public for many years but there is a phone number you can call to make reservations for private parties.
Anyway I thought this was kind of cool and not something that you see everyday. Remember - exploring your community is more than just doing the obvious things, its also about finding things that are out of the way, hidden.
