
I finally finished all of my bottling. Yea!!! I made salsa, apricot jam, and plums. For those of you that don't know, my yard is small and we only have a spot for a small garden. However, I live in a wonderful ward with plenty of people that are willing to share. Our friends gave us a bunch of apricots and plums off of their trees, and we got a lot of tomatoes out of our garden so I was able to get some bottling done and added to our food storage. I am just waiting now for the deer hunt, then I will be heading down to Levan to learn how to bottle deer meat. I am really excited.
